Time Reporting System (TRS)

Time Reporting System (TRS)

The majority of campus employees, including staff, academic employees, and all students use Time Reporting System (TRS) as their timekeeping system. TRS provides a simple, intuitive design for users that makes managing your hours worked and leave taken easy and fast.

The TRS timekeeping system is hosted and supported by UC Irvine. It is also used by several other UC locations.

Highlights of TRS

The TRS (Time Reporting System) streamlines university timekeeping by allowing employees to easily log daily hours and enter time off. Key features include a popup window to quickly enter repetitive hours during a pay period, and separate timecards for individuals holding multiple campus jobs to simplify supervisor approvals. Additionally, the system fully automates late timesheets directly within the application, entirely eliminating the need for manual or paper timesheets.
